I hate to admit it but I have never been there. When I was licensed with the Department of Housing, all I could sell was mobile/manufactured homes on leased land.

Now, however, with a real estate license instead of department of housing license, I'm game. I have driven by hundreds and hundreds of times, quorious (did I spell that right?) what the place is like but since no one else pays my bills, never took the time visiting.

Too busy trying to make a living.

Guess what! Stonegate will be my next project and believe me, I will be thurough (sorry, don't know how to do spell check on my website, will call tech support tomorrow to solve that issue and since I am swedish, you got the upper hand on me ;-).

This real estate business is quite different from working for a mobile home dealer. I have SOOOOO many choices it is easy to get distracted.
