This is considered a manufactured home community and all homes are dug down, sitting on a permanent foundation. They also have double car garages and it ALMOST could be mistaken for a regular neigbhorhood.

You pay for it though. Space rent is over a thousand dollars a month, besides your mortgage. Beautiful place.
