Dear potential buyer, I just wanted you to know that if you are looking for a home in the west San Fernando Valley area, this is a very nice family park and Jan is a great park manager, taking great pride in keeping her community up to standard AND ABOVE!

The club house has been renovated in a very tasteful manner (thanks to Jan) and you can on occasion enjoy Sunday brunch with all the residents that attends.

Anyways, Jan is doing a great job and the brunch was delicious.
Bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, hash browns, orange juice, milk, coffee of course, sweets and then some.

The park owner themselves are installing brand new homes in spaces where the old homes have out-lived themselves. There are also mobile/manufactured home dealers (like the one I used to work for) that every once in a while will get a space.

The re-sale homes, in good condition, might be something more affordable, it all depends on your needs.

Compared to other park communities, this one is a very nice alternative to real estate. Even though real estate has come down, many can still not afford it and if you want a park community that is CONCISTENTLY improving, this is it.

Buying a mobile/manufactured home is NOT real estate but it sure beats renting. It is a middle of the road and in high priced California, you can still feel the pride of homeownership.
