When I worked for Casa Blanca Homes (a mobile home dealer), we were installing about a dozen of new homes in here. They sold like hotcakes a couple of years back. Space rent to a new home then was $595.

Gated 24/7, with a tall block wall around (with barbed wire on top), there is probably a reason for it... Still, popular because of affordability.
