A popular family park with 434 spaces. The community is rent-controlled which means it is tied to the city of Santa Clarita consumer price index. Year 2008 increase is 2.91%. Rent to new owner, approximately $733. The amount of space rent depends on how many times the home has been sold, some rents are higher.

The 800 section has separate rent rules, please inquire.

Rent is due on the 1st, late on the 6th, by 5pm. There is a mail slot by the park office where residents usually drop it off.

Many amenitites available, such as 2 swimming pools, hot tub, basket ball court, playground, 2 club houses, 2 laundry rooms and a billiard room.

Monthly informative newsletter produced by the park managers. At certain holidays, the park holds dinners and entertainment for the residents.

Santa Claus always comes for a visit and a photo session with the children (and grown ups).

Coffee and donuts every Friday morning 9am-11am, donuts sponsored by various sales agents. Continental breakfast on the first business day of the month 9am-11am.

Pet policy: 1 small dog, not to exceed 20 pounds or 1 inside cat. Some residents have more or bigger, that is grandfathered in.
