Centrally located with shopping just across the street. The back part of the mobile home park has larger spaces. Guest parking spread out through the park.

Nicely renovated club house with a full kitchen and a billiard table. Large fenced in playground and BBQ area. Great swimming pool.

Granada Villa is NOT rent-controlled, so be careful in your decisions. Homes do sell for less due to the high space rent. So, you either pay less for the mobile home and pay higher space rent, or vice versa in other parks.

Please do your homework and visit several parks at different time of day, to find out if this is your favorite place to call home. No matter where you live, there are rules & regulations in all parks and EVERYBODY has to follow the rules.

As of August 1, 2008, there is a new Park Manager, Lana. Sonja left for Orange County and another park. Please be patient with Lana, she's got lots to learn!

Personally, I made a joke to her saying I will teach her spanish! (Yes, even do I am swedish, I do get by with my beginner spanish).
