Located in the hillside just North of Interstate 14 and East of Interstate 5, terraced in four levels. Gorgeous mountain views but you DO hear the freeway (and see it too).

The residents like their park and there is not often, something becomes for sale. A few new homes have been installed by various dealers but most homes are older mobile homes. Some even single-wides.

There has been a problem with the septic system and I am not sure if that has been completely corrected, please check with Angie, the manager.

Nearest off-ramp from the I5, is Calgrove, going north on the I5. You then have to back track to get to the park. Country living in the city.
