Dear potential buyer, please be advised that the land that is currently leased on a month-to-month lease agreement, might undergo a conversion where the home-owners will be offered to purchase the land. Whether that is going to actually happen, is still not decided. For further information, please contact the park manager and/or owner of the park.
My personal remarks (and I might very well be wrong on this and that is WHY you as a potential buyer, need to further investigate this) is that once a space is sold to the home owner (not all spaces, just one), the rent control that is currently in effect, will no longer be. Instead, the park can at that point charge what is called MARKET RENT, which of course, wold be higher than what it is today. Please educate yourself before purchasing. If you do find out that I am actually wrong in the information that I have gotten, please give me a courtesy call so that I can make adjustments on this site, thank you.
