Country-living, city close. You are basically 5 minutes away from Interstate 14 and Sand Canyon, for an easy commute. The intersection of Soledad Canyon and Sierra Highway is 5 minutes away. The community is off of Vasquez and the intersection of Sierra Highway.

This is a family community and there are horse ranches and estates in the surrounding aera with many hiking trails and country roads.

Many spaces have good sized yards. Current pet policy is 25 pounds and one dog or cat. Locked gate to the swimming pool and hot tub, all residents have their own key. Club house with a full kitchen.

There are three separate entrances to the community, the middle one being the main entrance. Space rent for 2008 for new owners are $650 on a five year lease. For further information, please contact the park manager.
